December is traditionally the month of certification audits of quality systems in our calendar. It was the same this year when, for the second time in a row, the certification house SGS confirmed that all processes are in line with the requirements of the standard ISO 13485 for medical devices, enabling our company to produce special medical device-related cosmetics. A stable and sustainable system of monitoring the quality of the delivered services is the proof of commitment to the development of processes and services and improvement of overall quality of our organisation.
